Hi, my name is Raina Stefani and Ancora Organic Catering Company is the name of my new catering business.

In 1993, I created ‘Terra Luna Restaurant and Catering in North Truro.  Described in Zagat as a ‘secret gem found off off the beaten path.’ I acted as Owner, Chef and Manager for the past 18 years.

As a boutique catering company, I am dedicated to providing you with a chef’s eye toward creativity and a business eye toward running a smooth and elegant, catered affair. I will personally be at your event as head Chef and Manager to ensure that every detail and dish is perfect. It is my extensive experience as a chef that sets apart the food I create as your caterer, keeping our menus fresh and relevant.

The aim of our mission statement is always toward sustainability. From our amazing farmer and fishermen friends here on Cape Cod, we use as many locally and organically sourced foods as possible. And when we need to, we will obtain humanely raised and conscientiously grown foods from other high-end companies to make sure our mission stays true to our course.

Based primarily between  Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet,  we do service the entire Cape.
